Total: 40β45 minutes
π§ Ingredients
-
2β4 medium russet potatoes (or any starchy potato)
-
1β2 tablespoons olive oil (or avocado oil)
-
Salt (coarse or sea salt works best)
-
Optional: black pepper, garlic powder, or herbs for extra flavor
πͺ Instructions
1. Prepare the Potatoes
Wash and scrub the potatoes well to remove any dirt β youβll be eating the skin!
Pat them completely dry with a paper towel; moisture prevents crisping.
2. Season
Rub each potato with a bit of olive oil until evenly coated.
Sprinkle with salt and, if you like, a little pepper or garlic powder for flavor.
3. Air Fry
-
Preheat your Β Air Fryer to 400Β°F (200Β°C) for 3 minutes.
-
Place the potatoes directly in the basket (no foil needed).
-
Cook for 35β40 minutes, turning them halfway through.
β±οΈ Tip: Cooking time depends on potato size β smaller ones may be done in 30 minutes, large ones may take 45.
4. Check for Doneness
Pierce a potato with a fork or knife β it should slide in easily. If not, cook for another 5 minutes.
5. Serve
Let them cool slightly, then slice open and fluff the inside with a fork.
Add your favorite toppings!
π½οΈ Topping Ideas

π‘ Pro Tips
-
Choose similar-sized potatoes so they cook evenly.
