Plaque is a sticky film of bacteria that builds up on your teeth. If not removed, it hardens into tartar, which can only be removed by a dentist. However, with the right home remedies and oral care habits, you can reduce plaque buildup, slow down tartar formation, and protect your teeth from cavities.

Dip a wet toothbrush into the mixture and gently brush your teeth for 2 minutes.
Rinse thoroughly.
👉 Use 2–3 times a week.
Oil pulling helps draw out bacteria that contribute to plaque and cavities.
