If you do feel genuine hunger between meals, choose something smart: a small handful of nuts, a boiled egg, or fresh raw vegetables. Keep portions small and eat slowly. Let your body catch up to your brain.

What this all adds up to is a gentle reset—not a punishment, not a strict regime. You’re not depriving yourself.   • Cut down on unnecessary snacks, and eat only when you’re truly hungry.

You don’t need to do everything right now. You just need to begin.
