No-Bake, Eggless Avocado Pudding, Super Creamy

Organize all the listed ingredients. Prepare the gelatin according to the package instructions and set it aside.

In a blender, add the avocado, sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, and lemon juice.

Blend well for about 3 minutes until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Add the hydrated gelatin to the blender and blend for another minute until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous.

Grease a mold with vegetable oil and pour the mixture into it. Refrigerate for about 4 hours or until the dessert is firm.

Once the dessert is well set, remove it from the mold and serve as an afternoon treat.
